Introduction and Acceptance

1 General Overview

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the jeetwin platform. jeetwin is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino and various other entertainment services. By accessing this website or registering an account, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms stated here.

The platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. In accordance with our responsible gaming guidelines, minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any betting activity on this platform.

jeetwin reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the website. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on jeetwin:

You will operate only one account in your own name.

Account Management

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them may be closed. jeetwin may request documents for identity verification, such as a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification.

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

4 Account Suspension and Closure

jeetwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

A breach of the terms and conditions.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or dishonest conduct towards the platform is proven.
The account is operated using incorrect or false information.
Evidence is found of an account being operated on behalf of a minor.
Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

A user may also voluntarily close their own account. Contact the support team to do so. Any valid remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Financial Transactions and Payments

5 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeetwin is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment account or bank account in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and may be returned.

If a deposit is unsuccessful or does not appear in your account after a long time, contact the support team via live chat. Keep the transaction reference number for your records.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.

jeetwin may request additional information to verify any suspicious withdrawal request and may temporarily put the process on hold if necessary.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

New members on jeetwin receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
jeetwin reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at its own discretion.
If bonus abuse is found (such as low-risk betting patterns), the bonus may be forfeited.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

8 Betting Terms

Once a bet is placed on jeetwin, it is considered final. Bets are generally not changed or cancelled on claims of a technical error or accidental placement. However, jeetwin reserves the right to cancel or correct any payout or bonus given as a result of a mathematical error in the system.

In sports betting on jeetwin, separate rules may apply for each market and event. Betting using suspected match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited, and if such an incident is identified, the associated account will be closed.

9 VIP Program Terms

The jeetwin VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. This cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

Example: a Gold-level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. VIP level changes depend on the type and consistency of play — jeetwin determines levels at its own discretion.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and jeetwin may change the VIP program structure at any time.

Code of Conduct and Privacy

Every user is required to follow the points below when using the jeetwin platform:

You must refrain from using disrespectful language or behaviour towards other users or jeetwin staff.
Live chat or support channels must not be misused.
Exploiting any security vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Automated bots or software must not be used to conduct betting activity.

16 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between jeetwin and a user, an amicable resolution will first be attempted through the support team. Any complaint from a user may be submitted in writing via email. The support team will respond within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint.

On any matter relating to these terms, jeetwin's decision will be considered final, provided that the decision is reasonable and fair.

17 Changes to Terms and Validity

jeetwin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any single part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
